Who it fits
Good fit for
This stroller wagon suits parents of two young children who prioritize cargo space and comfort. You will appreciate the dual reclining seats and drop-down footwell during long walks or trips to the park. The all-terrain wheels make it a solid choice for families who navigate grass, gravel, or uneven sidewalks regularly. If you need ample room for snacks, toys, and jackets, the multiple storage areas and parent console are practical assets. The compact fold helps when you need to store it in a car trunk or at home.
Who should skip it
You might want to look elsewhere if you primarily push a single child. This wagon is designed for two kids, so the extra width and weight may be unnecessary for solo outings. If you need a stroller that fits through narrow standard doorways, the 25-inch width could be tight in some homes. Single parents or those who frequently carry one child and lots of gear might find the two-seat layout less efficient. Additionally, if you prefer a lightweight, one-handed fold without locking mechanisms, this wagon’s secure lock system may feel cumbersome for quick transitions.
Verdict: The Larktale Caravan V3 offers a spacious, all-terrain solution for two children with practical storage and weather protection. It is a sturdy option for families who need a durable wagon-style stroller for varied outdoor activities.
Larktale Caravan V3 Key Specs
Fold Mechanism: Compact fold, locks closed
This stroller folds down to a smaller size and includes a locking feature to keep it secure during transport. You do not need to hold it open or use extra straps to keep it from unfolding. This is useful for loading the wagon into a vehicle trunk or carrying it up stairs. It also helps when storing the unit in a garage or closet, keeping it tidy and safe from accidental opening.
Seating Capacity: Seats up to 2 kids
The wagon is designed to hold two children at once. This capacity supports siblings or friends traveling together without needing multiple units. It allows parents to keep both children within sight and reach during walks or errands. When shopping, compare this to single-seater models that require separate trips or larger wagons that might exceed vehicle width limits for your specific needs.
Adjustable Handlebar: Adjustable
The push handle can be moved to different heights to suit the parent or caregiver pushing the stroller. This feature helps reduce back strain by allowing you to find a comfortable standing position. It is particularly useful for households with adults of different heights. You can adjust it once to fit your preferred posture, ensuring a more ergonomic experience during long walks or extended outings.
Canopy Sun Protection: Dual sun canopies
Each of the two seats has its own sun canopy to shield children from direct sunlight. This independent coverage allows you to adjust each canopy separately based on the sun's position. It provides better protection for both children simultaneously without one shade blocking the other. This is a practical advantage over shared canopies, ensuring both passengers stay cool and protected during outdoor activities.

Before you buy this wagon
The Larktale Caravan V3 is a stroller wagon, not a standard single-seat model. This design choice affects how you use it daily. You need to check if your vehicle trunk fits a 25-inch wide unit. The compact fold helps, but width is the main constraint. You should also verify that your home doorways are wide enough for the 25-inch frame. Regular upkeep involves cleaning the easy-clean fabrics and checking the rubber wheels for debris. The all-terrain suspension works well on gravel or grass, but you must ensure the terrain is not too steep for the handlebar angle. This wagon suits families with two young children who need extra gear space. It differs from the other 1 strollers in this guide, which focus on single-child maneuverability. If you prioritize storage and side-by-side seating, this model fits. If you need narrow aisles or quick one-handed folds, consider the other options listed here. Check the canopy coverage for your local weather conditions.
Check before you buy
- Verify your car trunk fits the 25-inch width.
- Check home doorways for the 25-inch frame width.
- Confirm two children fit the reclining seats comfortably.
- Ensure local terrain matches the all-terrain wheel design.
